Are there hidden costs after purchase?

No, we are completely transparent. The price in your quote includes all agreed components. There are no mandatory subscription fees. Software updates are free. Only optional extensions or additional programs after purchase may cost extra.

Can I try before I buy?

Yes! We offer free demos on location or in our showroom, so you can experience the system in practice before making a purchase decision.

What if my budget is insufficient?

We offer various financing options: lease from €299/month, payment in installments (0% interest on 3 installments), and for schools we’re happy to help with subsidy applications. There’s always a solution that fits your budget.

What is the delivery time after ordering?

Standard delivery time is 4-6 weeks including installation and training. Rush delivery is available upon request. We always schedule installation in consultation with you at a convenient time.
